The service
Guyesa Connect delivers alerts you send from TradingView to the Guyesa Connect Expert Advisor running in your own MetaTrader 5 terminal, and shows your account in a dashboard. By creating an account or using a license you agree to these terms.
Trading risk
- Trading leveraged products carries a high risk of loss. You can lose all the money in your trading account.
- We are not a broker, dealer or financial adviser. Nothing in the service is investment advice. We do not hold your funds and never place a trade on our own initiative.
- Every trade is placed by your terminal, on your instructions, from your own alerts and settings. You are responsible for your strategy, lot sizes, stops and results.
- Delivery is not guaranteed. Alerts can be delayed, rejected or lost because of TradingView, the internet, our servers, your terminal or VPS, or your broker. Risk guards in the EA reduce risk; they do not remove it.
- Test on a demo account before you use a live one.
Your account and licenses
- You must be 18 or over and give a working email address.
- A license binds to one MetaTrader 5 account. Keep your license key and EA secret private; anyone who has them can send trades to your terminal.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account and licenses.
What you must not do
- Share, resell or sublicense a license without our written agreement.
- Copy, decompile or modify the Expert Advisor.
- Attack, overload or probe the service, or use it to break any law or broker rule.
Plans and payment
Paid plans, prices and what they include are shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Payments are processed by Paystack. A license stops working when it expires or is disabled.
Availability
We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults. We may change, suspend or end features, and will give notice where we reasonably can.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed or late trades, lost profits, or indirect losses arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes and law
If we change these terms we update the date at the top; continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
